NATURE'S TALE STORY
After years of dealing with various health issues (hair loss, dry skin, lack of energy, poor regeneration following intense physical activity, hormonal imbalances, and amenorrhea), bwe have acquired a lot of knowledge and experience in the fields of nutrition and lifestyle habits necessary to improve our well-being. One day we noticed that our health journeys have a couple of crucial things in common. We started observing and analyzing the obvious facts and realized that the secret of exceptional well-being resides in nature. We wanted to share our findings with the world by creating the ultimate product, that will help people to optimize their health and improve their quality of life.
SUPERNUTRITION FROM THE HIGHEST QUALITY ORGAN MEAT
Beef liver is the king among animal organs. It has been one of the most valued and desired foods among our ancestors. Due to the liver’s high content of bio-available micronutrients, people who consumed it, found it much easier to stay healthy, strong, and robust. Unfortunately, the modern way of life made us almost completely forget about this extremely nutritious organ. Years ago, both of us used to be 100% plant-based, convinced that we were doing our bodies a favor. With extensive research and countless articles about the topic behind us, we concluded that it is time for a radical change. We wanted to use the knowledge of our ancestors to our advantage.
Understanding the theory and research studies on the possible positive effects of eating beef liver, Nika decided to give it a try and started eating beef organs, mainly the liver. After a few months, certain health issues began to improve. Over time, the hair loss stopped completely, the autoimmune allergy flare-ups decreased, and the blood test results showed that the depleted stores of some vitamins and minerals increased. At this point, it was clear that we had most likely found one of the solutions to our health issues. Our next goal was to simplify the preparation of beef liver since both of us are among those with a busy schedule and never enough time. At the same time, we wanted to get rid of the characteristic aftertaste and texture, which prevented Anja from including beef liver in her diet, although she was aware of all the positive effects it might have on her health and well-being.
We found the solution for all of the above in beef liver encapsulation. By consuming beef liver capsules, we ensure the absence of specific taste and texture and guarantee a greater intake of valuable micronutrients, a large proportion of which are lost during high-temperature cooking. Due to the lack of such products in the European market, we decided to make our own product, with our main guideline being to ensure the highest possible quality of the liver and the production process. When creating the product, we were motivated by the desire to help people and share our positive experiences with the world. We embarked on a mission to bring people closer to nature and normalize daily consumption of beef liver with all its positive effects on health and quality of life.
AN INSIGHT INTO OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS
To ensure the highest quality product, we have associated with a farm from New Zealand, which prides itself on upholding the highest standards in the field of cattle breeding. The cattle graze outside and are being fed a non-grain, grass- and forage-based diet their entire lives. The meat is free of hormones, pesticides, genetically modified organisms, and antibiotics.
In the first stage of the production process, the highest quality beef liver is lyophilized. Lyophilization or freeze-drying is a low-temperature drying process that starts with the liver being deep-frozen and proceeds with the removal of water by slow heating. The main advantage of this process is an almost completely preserved micronutrient composition of the liver, which means that the liver retains much more vitamins and minerals than with conventional high-temperature cooking. When the process of lyophilization is complete, the liver is ground to a powder and filled into capsules.
Our product does not contain any unnecessary additives. Furthermore, the absence of allergens, such as milk, gluten, eggs, corn, fish and seafood, peanuts, and soy is guaranteed.
